Les FresquesLast year, while on a press trip through Bergerac and Duras, I had the pleasure of dining at Michelin-star restaurant Les Fresques. I returned for lunch just a few days ago while on assignment. Before sitting down to our meal, I had the opportunity to interview chef Didier Casaguana, a man who is passionate about using the best seasonal products in the most fascinating combinations. Between our starter and main, my husband, who often works with me on assignments, shot some footage of the chef and his team in the kitchen of this exceptional restaurant.
