Though at this time of year many of us (myself included) can hardly wait for the first signs of spring, I take comfort knowing that at least I still have an excuse to indulge in rich, stick-to-the-ribs fare. And one of my favourite girdle-busting delights is the mighty tartiflette, the ultimate dish to chase away the blustery February chill.
